Our stay was perfect! Kattya and Héctor are great hosts! The space is wonderful, comfortable, clean, perfect. Ample parking on site Hosts have welcomed us very well. They are very polite, caring and made us very comfortable. We really feel at home. The home had everything we needed. Very well assembled and all very new and clean. Surely we found the best place to stay in Greensboro. (Translated from Portuguese)

I absolutely loved this stay. Kattya was so sweet and attentive. She made sure I had everything I needed. She didn’t hesitate to replenish the things I ran out of either. She was very responsive, even early in the morning. Check in was super easy. I love the private entrance. Plenty of space to enjoy the garden or smoke (at night as well the outdoor lighting is great). Overall I would give this stay a 10/10. I felt very at home. Kattya also provides essential toiletries & products such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dental kits, chapstick etc.

My stay at the Stratford Guesthouse was excellent. Kattya was a great host. She was responsive from the beginning when I first showed interest in her place until the very end when we checked out. The house is amazing. I couldn’t believe my eyes; it was so clean and comfortable, and the decor was spectacular. She had everything you can think of. In the bathroom she provided new toothbrushes, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and much more. In the kitchen she provided plates, spoons, folks, cups, spices, and oatmeal. What really blew me away was the labeling of everything, all the switches on the wall had labels such as “light” “vent” etc. so there is no way you would be confused. The washer and dryer came in handy also, Kattya provided the detergent-which was a big plus. We really felt like we were in a 5-star hotel. We will definitely book with Kattya again.

Great host. Excellent communication. Apartment is quiet, clean, spacious. Host went above and beyond to provide amenities and details that made our stay restful and comfortable. Location was convenient to any part of town and major highways. Highly recommend
